Five a week, and what each one is getting wrong.

Named AI-native and SaaS companies, and the thing about the model that will cost them. Evidence you can check.

What is in each one

A model, read from the record.

Four lines per company. It takes about two minutes to read, and after a month you will have seen the same three mistakes enough times to recognise them in your own plan.

The move

A hire posted before the motion exists, a PLG story on enterprise ACV, a reseller signed with nothing behind it. Named, dated, sourced. If we can't link it, it isn't in.

What it tells you

A first sales hire with nobody above them is a different bet from a partner appointment. The move usually reveals the model, or the absence of one.

The thing they got wrong

More leads into a broken line, a sentence five larger firms already own, a hire made before anything was tested. The recurring ones repeat every week.

What it would have cost to know

Where it's public, what the attempt is running at, so the number stops being abstract.

We write about the model, not a hit-piece on the company. Nothing in the list is sourced from anyone’s private information, and we don’t publish a company under a heading it would dispute.

Four fields

Thirty seconds.

We ask what you sell so the entries we send are from your category, the mistakes that matter are the ones your own buyers would recognise.

So the examples are from your category

So the entries are pitched at your buyer

Where do we send it?

We don’t sell or share any of this
