Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this website or get in touch with us. It is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
Who we are
Beyond Partners is a trading name of Beyond Business Group Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 14332332), with its registered office at 171 Thornbury Road, Isleworth, England, TW7 4QG. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@beyond.partners.
What we collect and why
Enquiries. If you email us or book a call, we process the contact details and any information you choose to share (such as your name, email, company and message) so we can respond and, where relevant, take steps to provide our services. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to you, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Scheduling. We use a third-party scheduling tool (Cal.com) to book calls. If you book through it, your details are processed by that provider under its own privacy terms.
Technical data. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process limited technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to deliver, secure and maintain the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable service.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or similar technologies in future, we will update this policy and seek your consent where the law requires it.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, hosting, scheduling and email), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@beyond.partners. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
