Strategy · The ladder, in order

Free untilthere is a decision.

The read, then one hour with both of us and a written go or no-go the same week. Only then Ground Truth, then the install. Every step scopes the next and none of them are sold cold.

The method · One constraint sets the number

Every chain has one link that caps it. We run the whole chain at its pace.

Marketing, sales, presales, success and partners each own a number, and the money goes missing between them. So the work is not five departments doing better. It is finding the one handoff where deals pile up, working it first, slowing everything upstream to its speed, raising it, and following the constraint when it moves. The desk does this from live data every morning; the strategy is doing it with you until your team does it alone.

  1. 01 · Identify

Find the one link that sets the number.

The handoff where work piles up, which is rarely the weakest department. In most firms we read, it is the moment a real reply lands and nobody owns the next hour.

  2. 02 · Exploit

    The constraint never idles.

Whatever sits in front of it gets worked first, today, before anything upstream is fed. A reply waiting three days is the whole quarter waiting three days.

  3. 03 · Subordinate

Everything else slows to its pace.

More leads into a capped step is spend on a queue. Marketing's number, sales' number and success' number all bend to the constraint's number, or they are fiction.

  4. 04 · Elevate

Raise the cap, then only the cap.

A person, a system, a rule at that one link. Each stage has one way deals die there. Change that one thing before adding any volume.

  5. 05 · Repeat

    The constraint moves. Follow it.

When the link drains, another becomes the cap. The desk says where. Inertia is the only constraint you choose.

Strategy · How you get it

A machine this specific needs four things before it can run.

That is the first hour. Both of us, on your numbers, free. A written go or no-go the same week, and you keep it either way.

  1. 01

    Your universe

Who actually buys, in what shape, and how many of them exist. Not a persona. A list with a number on it.

  2. 02

    Where deals stall

Between shortlist and signature, which handoff drops them. Security review, the reference, procurement, the champion who went quiet.

  3. 03

    Who owns what

Marketing, sales, presales, success, partners. The names, and the gaps between the names.

  4. 04

    What has been tried

The agencies, the hires, the campaigns, the person you sent to the market for a year. What each one cost and what it taught you.

Then, in order
  1. Step one

    The gate

    Free

One hour. Your story, what has worked, where you lost. A written go or no-go, both ways.

  2. Step two

    Ground Truth

    Scoped in the gate

Three phases: where you win, what you say, how it runs. A motion a new rep could run in week one, and twenty accounts live.

  3. Step three

    The install

    Scoped in the workshop

The GTM system built under your brand. Positioning, partners, demand and presales. Your team runs it, tested on real accounts.

  4. Step four

    The engine

    Then it is yours

We stay until your commercial team can run the system without us. The hustle was always yours. Then we go.

The seven questions

You can see them before you book.

  1. 01

What have you actually sold, and to whom?

The real list, not the website list. Usually there is something in it nobody is leading with.

  2. 02

    Which of it repeats?

Almost every SaaS or AI-native company has a wedge it isn't leading with. That is normally the product.

  3. 03

Where did you lose, and at exactly which stage?

Top of funnel and last meeting are different diseases. Most people describe the first and are losing to the second.

  4. 04

Which of your proof travels here?

A buyer in this market has to be able to check something. What can they check, and who would take the call?

  5. 05

What sentence do you lead with, and who else says it?

If five larger firms say it louder with local references, it isn't positioning, it's noise.

  6. 06

What have you already tried here, and what did it cost?

A hire, an agent, a reseller, a trade show. What was learned matters more than what was spent.

  7. 07

What would have to be true in twelve months?

It sets the size of the thing. Some answers need an engine; some need one introduction.

What arrives afterwards

A written answer, the same week.

What we think is capping you

Named, in one or two sentences. One thing, the one we would work on first.

Whether we think it is worth doing

A go or a no-go, said plainly, with the reasoning so you can disagree with it.

What it would take

If it's a go: the shape of the workshop, what it would cover for you specifically, and the number. Ground Truth is £6,500.

A no-go is a real outcome.

Two of us, no juniors. Saying no to the wrong ones is how the right ones get the room.

Who the hour is for

We are picky. That is the model.

We want the hour if

  • AI-native or SaaS, in the UK
  • You own the number and can make a decision
  • You would rather install a model than hire into a gap

Save the hour if

  • You want a lead list and a mail-merge
  • Quality gates feel like friction
  • You are shopping for a vendor to blame rather than a partner to build with

Not sure which you are? That is what the hour finds out. It costs a conversation.

Three phases

One plan, in the order it has to be answered.

  1. 01

    Where you win

What you sell as a product rather than a capability, who actually buys it, and which of your proof travels to this market.

  2. 02

    What you say

Positioning, the sentence that isn't the one five giants are already saying, and the message that lands with your buyer. Tested in real rooms.

  3. 03

    How it runs

Route to market, the sequence, the cadence, and who owns what, including the parts your team keeps.

What you leave with

Four things, and they’re yours either way.

A motion they can run

A new rep could work it in week one. The positioning, the route and the cadence, written so your team can work it without us in the room.

Twenty accounts live on a board

Named companies, the signal, the contact and the source. A shared workspace, not a PDF.

A costed scope

What activation would actually take, priced, so the next decision is a yes or a no.

Two operators ready to activate it

The same two people who ran the workshop. No handover to a team you haven't met.

Nobody buys this cold

The read comes first, free, then the hour: seven questions and a written go or no-go the same week. It costs nothing, the no-go is a real outcome, and it is where the workshop gets scoped, or ruled out.
